Typical Items that PRS Administrates in the Management of Dealer Inventory

Administer all aspects of the reconditioning program onsite allowing the dealer to concentrate on their core competency-selling vehicles. Job and labor scheduling, workflow, and labor assignment will be managed by PRS Employees.

Provide labor resources with significant training and industry experience.

Provide on-site labor supervision for the operational day. The site supervisor will be the liaison between Dealership Management and program staff.

Provide service to the pre-owned and customer service drive segments of the dealership with priority given to pre-owned inventory reconditioning.
